The One With The Green Cabinets

This flip was so quick, I almost didn't have enough time to capture the progress. The house was brought to me while on a family vacation in North Carolina in September (so much for a break!), but we agreed to it sight-unseen at the trust of my realtor and were quickly under contract.

On a quiet dead-end street in tacoma and the perfect mid-sized home at 1600 SF with 3 beds, 2.5 baths, an additional recreation room, attached garage and a fully fenced yard... what's not to like?! It was purely a cosmetic reno with the one caveat of replacing the roof. I knew we'd be listing it on the market at the onset of winter and the holiday season, so it had to have one or two distinguishable design elements.
