So Quick, It Flipped
The One With The Green Cabinets
This flip was so quick, I almost didn't have enough time to capture the progress. The house was brought to me while on a family vacation in North Carolina in September (so much for a break!), but we agreed to it sight-unseen at the trust of my realtor and were quickly under contract.
On a quiet dead-end street in tacoma and the perfect mid-sized home at 1600 SF with 3 beds, 2.5 baths, an additional recreation room, attached garage and a fully fenced yard... what's not to like?! It was purely a cosmetic reno with the one caveat of replacing the roof. I knew we'd be listing it on the market at the onset of winter and the holiday season, so it had to have one or two distinguishable design elements. Cue the green slim shaker kitchen cabinets (finally!), a fun wall paper in the powder room, and a spa-like master bath.
