The moment we've all been waiting for! A few months ago, the Ridgewood Property was listed and sold after only four days on the market. The last month of renovation was nothing short of stressful— from late nights installing cabinet hardware to early mornings meeting the painter— but all the trades and details came together to make the house, a new home.
The interior before and after shots reveal the impact of the first floor layout reconfiguration compared to the former choppy, disconnected living spaces. The fresh coat of exterior paint, exposed porch and new glulam wood columns welcome new neighbors and friends.

There is never too much that can be learned from experiences such as this. This flip has taught me how to problem solve creatively when obstacles arise, the importance of trusting those you hire and work with, and most importantly that you have to invest in yourself to achieve your goals.
This project may only check the very first milestone of my new path, but it has laid the most substantial foundation for a budding network, resources, and irreplaceable experience for the next phase.
